HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

It is very important, correct to describe the birth of Guild of Water Purifiers & Researchers of Nigeria (GOWPARN).

 A child of circumstances, that was urgently in need to sustain, safe and safe-guard water project business in Nigeria, West Africa and Africa in general.

In our research and findings, there was no particular body, organization or institution that was practically responsible or given authority legally to carry out the nature and nitigrities of enormous futuristic assignment that Guild of Water Purifiers & Researchers of Nigeria (GOWPARN) plan to embark upon presently or in future.

However, the promoters of Guild of Water Purifiers & Researchers of Nigeria (GOWPARN) came together, deliberated, took decision and agreed that water project business must be protected and sustained.

In view of these aims and objectives, the founders equally considered the prominence roles in lives of individual human beings, animals, plants and interest of commercial technology, decided in addition, (a) The need to research to the various sources of this natural mineral element (H20). (b) Also, to ensure that a standard of world best practice of purifying water in a hygienic scientific, systematic way is put in place and sustained through intensive and continuous research in collaboration with National and International authorities on water project.

In view of the above, the promoters sought and secured legal or statutory body called GUILD OF WATER PURIFIERS & RESEARCHERS OF NIGERIA (GOWPARN) in the year 2018. This is to ensure that the enormous project of the body is not disturbed through any means either presently or in future.
